This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which schools or institutions may cancel their LMScloud subscription and request a refund.

LMScloud operates on a subscription-based SaaS model designed specifically for schools.

2. Subscription Cancellation

Schools may cancel their LMScloud subscription by:

  • Sending a written cancellation request to support@lmscloud.in

  • Contacting their assigned LMScloud representative

Cancellation requests must include:

  • School Name

  • Registered Email ID

  • Subscription Plan Details

  • Reason for cancellation

Cancellation will be effective from the date of confirmation by LMScloud.

3. Refund Policy

✅ Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only available if:

  • The cancellation request is made within 30 days (1 month) from the date of subscription purchase.

  • The request is submitted in writing via official communication channels.

If the request is made after 30 days from the purchase date, no refund will be issued.

❌ Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided:

  • After 30 days of subscription activation

  • For partial months of usage

  • For unused features

  • For dissatisfaction due to lack of usage

  • If cancellation is due to violation of Terms & Conditions

  • For renewals after the initial 30-day period

4. Refund Processing

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method

  • Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank

LMScloud reserves the right to deduct any applicable transaction charges, taxes, or setup fees (if applicable).

5. Auto-Renewal Policy

If LMScloud subscriptions are set to auto-renew:

  • Schools must cancel before the renewal date

  • Refunds will not be provided for auto-renewed subscriptions if cancellation is requested after renewal

We recommend reviewing renewal dates carefully.

6. Free Trial

If LMScloud offers a free trial:

  • No charges apply during the trial period

  • Once converted to a paid plan, the 30-day refund window begins from the payment date

7. Service Suspension vs Cancellation

  • Suspension due to non-payment does not qualify for a refund.

  • Termination due to policy violations is non-refundable.

8. Policy Modifications

LMScloud reserves the right to modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Updated policies will be published on the website.

Continued use of LMScloud indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
